Unfortunately, we don't accept return items and issue a refund. All sales are final. We only issue full refunds when item was delivered with damages if you send contact us within 10 days from receiving your items.

Contact us with a picture of damaged items within 10 days of products arrival. We'll refund the full amount.

No, our product is one and only from Japan.

Shipping

Right now, we do not ship items out of the United States. We ship to only the United States including Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska.

If a package is shown as delivered but you did not receive, please contact the carrier first and then Contact us.

If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds - all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again.

If you find that your shipping address is incorrect, or that it has changed since you've last placed your order, please contact the carrier and make the change.

We ship products between 1-3 businesses days. Arrival time vary depends on the shipping options you choose, and your shipping area.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated through our shipping module and are based on location and package weight and will be displayed at the time of checkout.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

If you receive a damaged item within your order please immediately send us the order number and pictures of your items that arrived damaged at info@akihabara-tokyo.com. This is vital for us to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 10 days from the day of delivery. Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a refund. We currently do not offer any exchange items. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either. Please note: Original shipping costs are non refundable.
